Question 1

Is my session really private and confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sessions are one to one, and what you share is never disclosed to anyone. The only exceptions are the rare ones set out in our Terms: where the law requires it, or where someone is in serious, immediate danger. Even then, Mohini would tell you first wherever she can.

Question 2

Are sessions recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. Sessions are not recorded by Mohini, and we ask that you do not record them either, so that everyone can speak freely.

Question 3

Do I have to say what I want to discuss?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Share as much or as little as you like. You can bring a specific question, a general feeling, or nothing at all. You can also tell Mohini which topics you would rather not go into.

Question 4

How do online sessions work?

Accepted Answer

All sessions are held by video call. Call to book a time and Mohini will send you a private link for the video call. You can join from a phone, tablet or computer. A quiet space and headphones make it feel more personal.

Question 5

Do you predict the future?

Accepted Answer

No. Readings are for guidance and reflection. The cards illuminate what is already here, and the choices always stay with you. Sessions are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.

Question 6

Is the free tarot reading really free and private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It costs nothing, and the questions you type stay on your device. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere else. If your question deserves more than a quick draw, Mohini is glad to explore it with you in a session.

Question 7

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice and you can move or cancel your session without charge. The full details are in our Terms of Service.

Question 8

What happens to the details I share when I call?

Accepted Answer

They are used only to arrange your session and to get in touch with you. They are never sold or shared for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
